  • Technician Data: Name, nickname, phone, email, commission percentages, fees
  • Source Information: Lead sources with commission tracking
  • Financial Data: Closing prices, part costs, profit calculations, payment methods
  • Reports: Generated PDF reports containing job and financial data

2.3 Technical Information

  • Usage Data: System logs, analytics, and performance metrics
  • Device Information: IP addresses, browser type, operating system
  • Location Data: Address information processed through Google Maps API
  • Session Data: Authentication tokens and session management data

Telnyx: We use Telnyx to send SMS notifications to users and technicians. Phone numbers are shared with Telnyx for message delivery.

Resend: We use Resend for email communications including registration confirmations, support tickets, and system notifications.

4.3 SMS and 10DLC Compliance

SMS Communications: We send SMS messages for job notifications, status updates, and important communications. Message frequency varies.

  • Opt-In Required: We only send SMS messages to users who have explicitly opted in to receive them through our opt-in form or by texting START to our number.
  • Opt-Out Available: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. We will honor your opt-out request within 24 hours.
  • Help Available: Reply HELP to any SMS message for assistance or to get information about our SMS program.
  • Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.
  • Carrier Not Liable: Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Data Collection: We collect your phone number, name, email, and company information when you opt in to SMS communications.
  • Data Usage: We use this information solely to send you SMS notifications and maintain your opt-in status.
  • Data Sharing: We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
  • Mobile Information Protection: Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
  • Opt-in Data Protection: All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
  • Data Retention: We retain your SMS opt-in information until you opt out or request deletion.
  • 10DLC Compliance: Our SMS program complies with 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) regulations and carrier requirements.

4.3 Location Services

Google Maps API: We use Google Maps for address autocomplete and location services. Address data may be processed by Google according to their terms.

4.4 Data Storage

MongoDB: Your data is stored securely in MongoDB databases with appropriate security measures and access controls.
